The first product we have developed is the CLOTHES HANGER.

We use it every day and it has not seen any major changes for decades.

Chic Green has re-invented, designed, patented, and developed it to minimize the impact on the environment, and has decided to manufacture it 100% in France. 

Ecocintre is made up of a bioplastic hook and a cardboard surface printed with vegetable-based inks and coated with an Ecolabel protecting varnish.

The ecocintre product line was designed and approved by professionals for professionals.

It is an innovative tool, which enables all brands using it to do two things at once.

USE YOUR HANGER DIFFERENTLY-USE IT AS A MEANS OF COMMUNICATION

Enhance clothes display with an innovative tool and use it as an eco-friendly means of communication by personalizing the advertising space offered to you.

While its ultimate target is the general public, this extensive line of products is intended for all PROFESSIONALS using hangers on a daily basis:

the fashion and prêt-à-porter industries, store design and layout, hotels, dry-cleaners and cloak room services, health and well-being institutions, furniture retailers, etc. independently of the volume of hangers required.


Our products are also intended to meet the requirements of various names in the fields of marketing and communication, advertising, direct marketing, promoting and events management.

The ecocintre by CHIC GREEN collection

Ecocintre by CHIC GREEN consists in 5 main features which, according to research, meet 99% of the uses of clothes hangers:

- 1 common feature:  notches for use with tops and dresses.

- 2 models:  A full hanger (for shirts and t-shirts), or a hanger with a slot in the middle to hang trousers and skirts

- 3 sizes:

Baby Green: hangers for babies or kids (26 cm/8.832 inches),
Lady Green: hangers for teens and petites (36 cm/14.173 inches),
Daddy Green: hangers for standard adult clothing (42cm/16.535 inches)

These models will soon be supplemented with optional features which enable full use of the hanger's functions:  

- shoulder pads to maintain and enhance the shape of clothing
- clips specifically designed for skirts and trousers

The month of February 2009 was rich in events for CHIC GREEN:

- We are pleased to announce that our company (and our product) came out as Winner of the Esprit de l’Entreprise (“business spirit”) competition in the “Sustainable Development” category. (See Press Releases, Ouest France). In other, a lot of economical and ecological Press wrote about our story and our business.
- Our company was acclaimed as innovative and as a result, it received the support of OSEO Basse-Normandie.

About us:

Being at the core of action and growing with a wide-ranging professional project.

We are two creators and entrepreneurs from differing professional backgrounds. We met completely by chance in the course of our respective careers and have exchanged many ideas around our common, business-based values.
We decided to pool our respective strengths to reach our goals.  Our complementary areas of expertise include such skills as: research of innovative practices, marketing, communication, and production management. 

Combine this with a concept, and one end of a cardboard box . . . and here comes Chic Green. 

In pursuing our development strategy, we have been privileged to be located near our partners, and have chosen to manufacture our product 100% in France . . . not only to better monitor its quality, but also out of our commitment to eco-design.
